WOW over $20,000 Raised so far for Haiti UPDATE: The new total is $27,000!!

THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM MY PREVIOUS POST:

All I can say is WOW!!! How very exciting this has been. I can just imagine how the two women over at Crafthope are feeling. As of Wednesday, January 20th they have raised over $20,000 and have sold over 1000 items at their ETSY shop all in a very short amount of time! (UPDATE AS OF 1/29/10... THE NEW TOTAL IS $27.000!!) This is absolutely terrific. The ETSY community both Purchases and Shops that Donated, are totally AWESOME! And they are still going strong! Congratulations to everyone who has participated!

Donate or Purchase from the Craft Hope ETSY Shop All Proceeds will benefit Doctors Without Borders in Haiti

I just found out about CRAFT HOPE for Haiti. They have opened an ETSY shop and all proceeds will benefit Doctors Without Borders for Haiti.

Please help spread the word. Everyone can help either by donating an item or by purchasing an item. Just click on the above links to learn more.

I am going to help in both ways. First, I just donated one of my matching Bandana Scarf and Dog Collar "Twice As Nice" Sets.



And I will be checking periodically to see what item I can purchase. I have a few birthday presents to purchase for friends and family...maybe I can find something at the Craft Hope shop! So if you have gifts you need to purchase too, please be sure to visit their store.
